How do I qualify to claim a refund?

When you receive initial design concepts for your work and you do not find them conferring to your brief, you may select to claim a refund. See below table for better understanding:

How long does it to take to claim a refund?

It can take up to 06-12 business days to refund your amount.

Does the money back guarantee apply to all packages?

Money Back Guarantee applies to design packages only. Once you approve a design and ask for further revisions then the Money Back Guarantee becomes annulled. However, you still qualify for 100% satisfaction guarantee which means that we will keep on working on your design until you are fully satisfied.

Why do HR Design provide Money Back Guarantee?

We are so confident of our skills and design quality that we provide Money Back Guarantee in case we fail to deliver what you have asked for. Money Back Guarantee is provided in good faith and we expect our customers to parade the same. In majority of the cases customer are very truthful, co-operative and provide quality feedback in order to get the designs they want. However, there is a minority that tries to take unfair benefit of this flexibility. They will place orders with many providers at the same time, get the design concepts from all and then ask for the money back. This exercise is unfair, immoral and unmannerly of human skills. Apologies, but if you are one of those, we would rather not have your business.

Design work is very idiosyncratic. Unless customer provides quality feedback, it is improbable to get the designs right in the first attempt. HR Design is a custom design company that strongly believes in customer feedback/revisions and their role in the design process. From our standpoint, initial samples are rarely chosen as the final logo; instead, they are used to recoil ideas. From the feedback provided on these samples we see details about the likes and dislikes of the customer and then provide revisions that are nearer to the requirements. Money Back Guarantee cover the customers if we fail to deliver what they wanted.

Money Back Guarantee does not apply to design agencies and for those who are working on their client’s projects as a white label service but our managers can make a way if possible (by looking to the project status).  

Note: Please note that customers claiming a refund will NOT be allowed to use the initial design concepts sent to them. Copy Rights of all designs remain the property of HR Design until fully paid.

Refund, Cancellation & VAT/Tax Policy

In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be matter to refund after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved, or a change is requested unless HR Design cancels or terminates your Agreement for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.

HR Design will give your money back, in case you make a request when the initial concepts for a logo are presented. However, once you approve or request changes in the initial designs, the refund suggestion becomes annulled and refund request will not be considered. For multiple / combo packages, refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single package. For example, if you order logo and web design service and accept the logo, you can ask for refund for the website service at the time of initial design/Layout only. All refunds are subject to an Administration Fee. A refund request will need to have a valid reason which must be fit against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. If a concept has been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be given however further revisions will be provided until 100% satisfaction. Money back guarantee is based on that the order is placed in good faith. Where a customer has placed design orders with more than one design agency for the similar job/work with the intent to claim refund, we do not contemplate it a good faith. In such a case we standby the right to decline a refund request. Almost all design jobs require customer feedback before confirming the design therefore it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback in order to get the desired results. 100% unique design guarantee permits you to a re-draw if our designed logo is to be found significantly similar to another logo design that may already exist. Any similarity to an existing design will be purely a quirk and HR Design will not accept any accountability or entitlement of any compensation in such a case. It is the client’s responsibility to get their art work copyrighted.

An order can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the delivery date at no cost. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of the delivery date, a charge of £24.99 will apply. Cancellations are acknowledged by studying the case of each project by our senior managers.

An account will be considered closed, if a customer does not reply us within 30 days of our communication. To reactivate an account an admin fee of £50 will be applicable.

All prices marketed on this website are excluding VAT/Tax. Customers having a billing address within the UK will be charged VAT at the applicable rate. Customers outside the UK but within the EU can supply a valid VAT number and not pay VAT. Customers outside the UK and EU will not be charged VAT
